0:00Logins We Need To Do the Speed Work

So we need a few logins to do the speed work. We need an administrator level password or logon to your WordPress site. We need FTP or cPanel access, or both. The reason we do that is that there are some changes that are a tiny bit risky, and in maybe one out of 50 cases things go wrong and we need to get into FTP and undo those changes. That's primarily why we need that access.

0:26Domain Registrar Logon and Cloudflare Migration

Then option one is your domain registrar logon, and we need that to migrate you to Cloudflare. Cloudflare takes over your DNS hosting. Now, some people are comfortable sharing their domain registrar logon, and that's perfectly acceptable. We understand why, because it's a bit of a security risk.

In that case, if you're not comfortable sharing that logon, we can give you the Cloudflare DNS server addresses to point to when we're ready to migrate you to Cloudflare. You can log into the registrar and make that change yourself. Pretty simple, so 3 logins: WordPress admin level logon, FTP or cPanel, and domain registrar logon, or if you're not comfortable with that, you'll need to jump in and make the changes at the point that we move you to Cloudflare. If you have any questions about that or you need more specific information about those logins, just shoot us an email and we're happy to answer any questions you have.

The logons we need are a WordPress administrator level password, FTP or Cpanel access and domain registrar logon for your Cloudflare migration.

If you’re not comfortable sharing your domain registrar logon (which is completely understandable) we can give you the DNS servers to point your domain at once we’re ready to switch over to Cloudflare
